Some part of the industrial zone is also located on Jean-Baptiste-Rolland East Boulevard.

Soucy Baron as part of the rubber manufacturing industry is located in Roland Godard Boulevard. The city of Saint Jerome is known for its rubber industry. Within the same area, Industries Chimiques Jolan Inc (Les) is located which is a chemical producer. Most of the warehouses and yards of tires and rubber products companies can be found in the area. Lafarge Canada is also located in the same area near Rue de Martigny. Big yards for construction machinery are found near the intersection of Rue de Martigny and Roland Godard Boulevard. Talbot manages these yards. Mostly excavation equipment is parked in these yards.
