Most of the heavy industry manufacturing companies including Simar-Dacon Inc. are located on Chem. De L’Industie. There are also a couple of trucking companies in the area. Touring Van manufacturers and other automotive producers have their plants in the area. You will also find one or two construction yards on Chem. De L’Industie. Some lands directly lying on Chem. De L’Industie is also vacant for development while if you go a bit further up north you will find several industrial lands readily available for leasing and development.
